At Mangaliving.cloud, we strive to provide high-quality manga products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product has missing pages or printing defects

2. Return Duration

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Any request made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Discounted or clearance items
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products damaged after delivery

6. Return Shipping

In case of approved returns due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by Mangaliving.cloud. For other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
