This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders placed on Mangaliving.cloud may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.

3. Cancellation by Mangaliving.cloud

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as:

• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
